- Cooking Classes and Consultations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.
- Meal Preparation Services: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled preparation date.
- Private Dining Events: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a partial charge to cover costs already incurred.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, dazzora-polish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
