• Meal Preparation Services: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled preparation date.
• Private Dining Events: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a partial charge to cover costs already incurred.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
