Our Story

dazzora-polish began in a small kitchen in East London in 2019. What started as informal cooking sessions for friends and neighbours grew into something far more meaningful. We discovered that people were not simply looking for recipes; they wanted confidence, creativity, and the ability to cook without anxiety.

Our founders, having spent years in professional kitchens across the United Kingdom and mainland Europe, recognised a gap between the formality of culinary schools and the casual nature of home cooking. They created something in between: professional instruction that respects the realities of everyday life.

Today, we serve clients throughout Greater London and the Home Counties, from complete beginners to accomplished home cooks looking to expand their repertoire.

What Guides Us

Every decision we make stems from a simple belief: cooking should bring joy, not stress. This means we adapt to you, not the other way around. If you learn best by doing, we dive straight into practical work. If you prefer understanding the theory first, we explain the science behind each technique.

We source ingredients thoughtfully, building relationships with suppliers who share our commitment to quality. Seasonal produce forms the foundation of our menus, not because it follows trends, but because food tastes better when it grows naturally in its proper time.

Sustainability matters to us. We minimise waste in every session, teaching clients how to use ingredients fully and store food properly. Small changes in the kitchen ripple outward into larger positive effects.

Senior Instructor

Our chefs bring decades of combined experience from Michelin-starred restaurants, hotel kitchens, and private households. More importantly, they share a gift for teaching. Technical excellence means little if students cannot understand and replicate what they learn.

"The instructors have this remarkable ability to make complicated techniques feel approachable. Nothing ever felt out of reach."

— David Hartley, Richmond
